- Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase ammunition from BlackJack Precision. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Verification: BlackJack Precision reserves the right to verify the age and identity of customers. Failure to provide proof of age when requested may result in order cancellation.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing ammunition is legal in your state or locality. Orders placed in violation of applicable laws will be canceled.
3. Shipping Policy
- Adult Signature Requirement: For safety and compliance, customers may request adult signature confirmation during checkout. If no adult signature is requested, the customer assumes all responsibility for the delivery.
- Insurance: Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance for added protection. If insurance is not purchased, BlackJack Precision is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped.
- Delivery Responsibility: Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, the customer assumes all responsibility for its condition and security.
- We ship exclusively through UPS.
- All shipments are in compliance with 49 C.F.R and the UPS Guide for Shipping Ground and Air Hazardous Materials.
4. Sales Restrictions by State
- BlackJack Precision does not ship ammunition to states or regions where the sale or possession of ammunition is restricted by law. At this time, we do not sell or ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Subject to Change: This list may change at any time without prior notice due to evolving regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws in their area before placing an order.
5. All Sales Final
- Ammunition Sales: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once it leaves our facility, even if the packaging remains unopened.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. 6. Customer Responsibilities
- Order Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order, including caliber, quantity, and shipping information, before completing the purchase. Once processed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
- Storage Conditions: BlackJack Precision is not liable for product quality if storage conditions after delivery are inadequate.
